QLED and The Frame TVsI’ve just setup my new 65” Frame TV 2023.
Both my phone and TV are connected to the exact same wifi network. There’s not other devices connected to the TV.
In the SmartThings app when I try to upload my own photos I keep getting an error saying the frame is unavailable. (But my phone is connected as I can control it from my phone using the remote option).
I’ve tried cropping my images to 3840x2160 and these won’t upload either.
When I click the button to set it on my TV in the iOS app the screen seems to go off and come back on again

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! That's definitely strange. I would recommend resetting the smart hub by doing the following
-
Open Settings, then select Support.
-
Select Device Care.
Note: On some models, select Support instead.
-
Select Self Diagnosis, then select Reset Smart Hub, and then enter your PIN.
-
After the reset is complete, select OK.
The default PIN is 0000. You can set the PIN by navigating to Settings, and then selecting General. Select System Manager, and then select Change PIN.
If this does not help I would recommend also uninstalling and reinstalling the smartthings app on your phone. After that reaching out to our smarthings community will be your best option. You can reach out using the following link: https://community.smartthings.com/
