When we watch on the Dstv multichoice decoder this is what it does see attached photos. But when we watch on a hdd or on the movies apps on the TV example  showmax then it's 100% perfect. Unit went to repairs with the decoder they can't replicate the fault

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Since this is only happening with the decoder the issue is not with the TV. This may be compatibility issue with the decoder and the TV.  I would highly recommend reaching out to the support team for the decoder.
