QLED and The Frame TVs
Hello, my 55” frame TV was not switching on although the LED light on the TV is on. The Samsung engineer was checking this screen where the “VCC fail count” is 254. He said it is due to power fluctuations.
Do I need to worry about it ? How to overcome this VCC fails ? Does the one connect box already have an inbuilt stabiliser ?
kindly help!

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend either getting an electrician to look at your wall outlet or trying another outlet. You can also purchase a new power supply for your TV on samsungparts.com. After that service would be the only other option to get a new one connect box. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
