QLED and The Frame TVsI just bought a 65” frame tv, I powered it on an it’s showing a screen that is asking me to select to setup with an app, or with the remote. I’m unable to select either of these options. I’ve tried clicking every button on the remote, but it only seems that the power button, and the mute buttons work. I also tried resetting the remote, but that doesn’t work either. It’s as though the select button is completely broken

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! I understand how having a new TV not working properly can be frustrating. I would recommend power cycling the TV first and if that doesn't help you can call in directly and ask to speak with our remote management team for further support. Our number is 1-800-726-786.
