I bought the Disney 100 Frame TV last year and love using the "Display All" feature on the Disney collections that came with the tv. But now when I select "Display All" I get a popup that says I need to have an art subscription. Is this a bug? Please help.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! When you press display all it may be trying to show artwork that's not a part of the Disney collection and causing this to pop up. You may have had a promotional art store subscription, so you did not see that pop-up. Make sure that you can display the Disney art first. If you are not please let me know!
