Frame cannot stream while connected speaker

I have recently bought a 2024 55” Frame TV. When connected to the Bluetooth speaker, the tv cannot stream to shows. When I disconnect the speaker, the tv resumes streaming fine. There are no problems with the internet. Is this a known problem?
