QLED and The Frame TVs

I have 2 frame TV's (2 yrs old) and both of my one connect boxes fried during a power surge caused by a large storm.

After multiple afternoons on support calls to Samsung and Samsung Parts, I was told that there are no service centers in my area and there is no stock or way to purchase new one connect boxes. So now I have $3k in unusable screens + additional investment in custom frames to integrate them into signage for my business.

Are there any 3rd party repair places or resources for buying second hand One Connect Boxes that any of you have found? I'm fine with shipping my connect boxes, but the screens are too large to ship.

It seems like this problem is wide spread, what are the chances that Samsung will release new stock of the One Connect Boxes anytime soon? Is there any hope to make it worth hanging on to these screens, or should I buy into a different brand?

did you find anywhere to send your one connect box to for repair.  We too have one that crapped out and don't have any Samsung repair places nearby.

No - Samsung told me I was **bleep** and should just buy a new tv like the premium company that they are. I ended up finding a used box on eBay that I bought and it's working great, but it took a few months of routine looking before one popped up.
