I couple of weeks ago I bought a Samsung Frame TV QN32LS03CBFXZX at Costco.
Today when I was trying to install it I noticed a missing piece (Instructions has this number BN68-16012A-00 and the missing piece is called J). Is there any way I can get this piece?

You can reach them online at SamsungParts.com or by calling 1-800-627-4368. If it's been less than 30 days since you purchased the TV, you can PM one of the moderators a photo copy of your receipt to get a replacement sent out. Lastly, you may want to check with your retailer about exchange options.
