QLED and The Frame TVsI have a QN75LS03TAFXZA that was manufactured 1/21 arrived at home 3/21 and died 4/22 just out of warranty.
The One Connect Box is making a clicking noise. For a half a second the screen will flash a very light blue/“What Samsung thinks is black” color.
Any suggestions?
edit: I cannot reply to this but I can edit it. This is not solved.
you sent a repairman. He said the tv may need a new panel but seemed busy. Never charged me or took payment. No follow up.
This is all in Far North Scottsdale, a place with most walls holding tv’s costing more than $5,000. How can the support be so bad here? I feel bad for the lesser served areas, but then again they apparently don’t do anything.
