New Firmware for QN900A

Hello I am having trouble updating my firmware on my Samsung QN900 I have currently have version 2141 on my Tv the new version is 2201 when I tried updating from the web site it keep saying you have

the latest version.. So I have download and format a usb stick (FAT 32) each time the TV does see it...

Any suggestion on have to load this firmware??

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be frustrating with not being able to update your TV. I would recommend trying the steps in the following link:https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/HD-and-UHD-TVs/Updating-your-television-via-USB/td-p/70884.  

If this does not help then I would recommend calling in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864 and asking for our remote management team for further support.
