QLED and The Frame TVs

This only happens on some shows where there are areas (still or moving) that are bright white. They almost appear overexposed and turn a shade of blue. The color is set to warm, and I've tried dynamic, standard and ECO, picture settings. These all have this problem. The only way that seems to correct this is to either use filmmaker or use the smart things, calibration tool. BUT this causes a different problem, a dark screen. So when we watch any show that has dark scenes in it, they are almost completely dark. So the choice becomes either watch something that is bright and overexposed but all things visible OR watch something that is decent as long as the scenes aren't dark. Please help!

Hey Liquidj! Welcome back to the community! I will try my best to help you reap the full benefit of your purchase!

I think it would be a good idea to give this link a good-looking through.

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202526/#tu7000-tv-has-abnormal-colors-ghosti...

It explains what to do if your TV is displaying abnormalities.

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
