Overheating Problem on Q80T

1.The Cable displayport [from graphic card(pc)] to HDMI 2.1(port4) overheating at hdmi plate that enters TV. Can't find a solution....

 

 

2.Optional problem but maybe important too -overheating back of the tv near connections is a rectangular, gets very hot don't know why- service said maybe it's ok.

Yeah, the TV shouldn't be getting to the point of being super hot. It will need to be looked at by a service technician. If you want, we would be happy to get that set up for you 🙂 Just send a private message to any of the mods here with the full model and serial number of the TV.

Sometimes hardware gets heated up when it's about to get ready for a firmware update or you should get your TV repaired

it gets hot in that place after 30 minutes from starting TV and stay hot all the time till shut off. Maybe 2th problem makes 1st problem, I don't know.
