Q60D 4k?

Hi just bought the 75“  Qled 4k tv & not thrilled with the clarity. Should I be changing it to 4k?? Is that not taking advantage of the QLED? And if so HOW???

i saw something about a “secret menu”?? on YouTube… should I be doing that?
