QLED and The Frame TVs
All of a sudden Smartthings has stopped showing notifications on the TV screen. Everything used to work fine and now nothing. In the settings for the Smartthings app the notifications settings only shows Ring doorbell, no washer, dryer, refrigerator or dishwasher like my QN55QN90AFXZA. THERE HAS BEEN NO TV FIRMWARE UPGRADE OR APP. Anyone else experienced this problem?

This sounds like you might be in the wrong area or home in Dropbox. Or you might be on your favorites list and not devices that shows everything. On the tv when in SmartThings you can edit layout and devices. Or if you are on a network extender on your tv and your other devices are on a different wifi signal or eternet the ip address might not match and then you would not receive your notifications on the tv itself. This is what I would do first if you're using a SmartThings Hub make sure it is hard connected to the main router of your home that's applying your signal take the batteries out and unplug it then put them back in and plug it back in just to do a reboot then make sure your TV is connected to the same network as that Hub is connected to again if extender is being used connect the TV to the main Wi-Fi or set the extender to the same IP address as your main router in your router settings. Next in your TV make sure you go into your smart things account and you select the same home in the drop-down box as the rest of your devices are connected to then edit your layout and devices so that you can see all the items you would like to control and also to make sure that they are showing in the layout on your TV now make sure that notifications are set on the TV. My also would recommend rebooting your network at home first power off your router which supplies the Wi-Fi turn it back on and wait for it to fully boot up once completed reboot your modem this is the box from your provider that brings internet into your home once that's fully booted up power your TV back on and reconnect it to the network this normally will clear up many issues. I hope some of this helps sorry it's so much information sometimes it's difficult to put into words what needs to be done but hey if we were neighbors I'd be glad to fix it for you LOL..
