QLED and The Frame TVsHelp please!
My remote for my Samsung 55" QLED 4K Q60B has suddenly stopped controlling my Samsung HW-A430 2.1ch Soundbar. It had been controlling the soundbar via the optical connection fine since February 2023, when it was set up. We've followed online and TV directions and have gone through multiple iterations of trying to reconnect it via the optical connection to no avail. And on a possibly similar note, when trying to connect the sound bar to the TV via Bluetooth, the TV is unable to locate it, despite our phones finding the soundbar perfectly fine.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi there, Thanks so much for reaching out about this. I can certainly see the concern here. First, I recommend checking both the TV and soundbar for any software updates. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you may want to try factory resetting the TV. Please keep in mind this will reset all settings to their factory defaults. Please let us know if this helps.

QLED and The Frame TVsYou can use the smartthigns app to check if it supadte. You will need to connect the soundbar to smartthings to do that please look at the link below to help get that setup
