S90C apps (CW and Peacock so far) not working

I'm have the same issue on all CW shows and Peacock as well. App loads video starts commercial plays the CW presents a black screen while Peacock returns to its home screen. No videos will play. I searched and the solution presented say to call ISP to prioritize TV (whatever that means). However this makes no sense because the apps works fine on my Samsung TU690t but not Samsung S90C both TV are on the same network and I can use both apps via Smart View from my Samsung S20 to the S90C which is also on the same network. So not an ISP issue.

update: I have done soft boots of the TV as well as deleting and reinstalling the applications with no change in behavior.

Hello, @user0ltANnLA3C! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend ensuring you are connected to the 2.4Ghz band on not the 5GHz one as sometimes this can cause issues. If this does not help please call in at 1 (800) 726-7864 and ask for our remote management team.
