No option to add app to home screen QN88D

Hi all

I recently bought a QN88D Neo QLED TV. 

I've installed an app but cannot add it to the home screen of the TV. 

Editing the app list and viewing the drop-down menu on the app icon, there's no "add to home" option. 

This option appears on most the other apps, although not all I noticed. 

Is there a way to add this app to the home screen?

Hello@user4EEpzTuLc3! Thank you for reaching out! Not all apps can be added, as it depends on whether the app is available in the Samsung Smart Hub or App Store. Since it's not able to be added there is nothing that can be done.
