QLED and The Frame TVsI have owned this TV for a few years. I was watching TV with my family and the screen began to fall off the television. My two young children and a small dog were in room and thankfully my husband was quick and stopped the screen from falling and hitting them. This is a big screen and it would have caused injury to anyone in it's way. This is a serious safety issue with this TV. All my electronics are Samsung and I am shocked that this was poorly made and what major safety risk it has. I used to always recommend Samsung to all my family, friends and colleagues. I'm saddened that the quality has declined. I bought this from Costco and they only have a 3 month exchange policy. This TV was so expensive and now we are left without a TV. I am the original owner of this TV and it has been mounted in the same spot since I took it out of the box. No damage has happened to the TV so I know this is just a poorly made television and Samsung needs to be aware of this safety issue.

QLED and The Frame TVsThere was no damage to the TV. What you see is actually the original protective thin film. I can take it off and take a new picture if you'd like. I bought the mount the same exact day from Costco that was recommended for this exact model. The TV was mounted and only moved one time over the past few years. This is why I'm surprised this happened and came here to post.
