The soft reset on my tv stopped working. Now whenever I hold the power button, it just shuts off, and I have to push the power button again to turn it on.
Nothing changes while the tv is off. The app that froze is still frozen; when the screen spontaneously zooms, it is still zoomed when I turn the tv back on.
I don't like doing hard resets for every little glitch (and Samsung has a more than a few), and I was hoping someone out there might know a way to get the soft reset working again.
