I have specifically requested Samsung phones from employers since I preferred this product. After the experience I am having with my Samsung QN75Q60DDFXZA TV and the difficulty with the website I would not recommend Samsung. The remote for this TV is not user friendly. The image on the TV is not what I expected for the price of this TV. I watch mostly sports and the image is very poor. First time regretting Samsung purchase.

Can you tell me what your experience with a *television* has to do with whether or not you will obtain another Samsung *phone*? Presumably, you have been happy with Samsung phones, or you would not be requesting them from employers.

Warranty on this TV is 5 years. Have you run diagnostics on this QLED TV ? What did they say ? Have you contacted Samsung customer support with these issues? If your into watching sports why didn't you get a TV with 120 or 240mhz refresh rate?

I'd agree the volume part of the remote is poorly designed.  It mutes every other time you adjust the volume.  Still haven't figured out how top program the colored buttons...
