Unwanted voice descriptions of video on shows I'm watching

My Samsung QN55Q8DAAFXZA just started giving me audible voice narration/descriptions of visual text and the action occurring on the program.  How can I shut this off?

Like your phone there may be an accessibility menu on the settings. Try looking for that and turning off everything in that menu.
