QLED and The Frame TVsI don't have an Art Store membership. I have just purchased some artwork for my Frame TV. But I no longer see them in My Collection where I found them in Purchases.
I did a factory reset and reconfigured the TV. But that did not bring them back.
Has anyone else experienced this?
