Where can I find the firmware update notes for version 1708? (Model QN900A 8K TV)

My 65" 2021 QN900A Neo QLED 8K TV, just had firmware version 1708 pushed to it on September 3rd. I see the firmware download available on the support page for the TV but it provides no details on what fixes and/or feature enhancements are provided by this update.

I chatted with an online agent who told me that Samsung does not provide those details. Really??!! Is this something new? I was previously able to get the firmware details for my Curved 4K TV. 

Does anyone know how I can access the details of firmware 1708?

The little ? next to firmware download on the support page gives a very basic description of the changes. Downloading the firmware update might also include a document with more info, but the package is pretty large.

I actually missed the little "?". Clicking on it, does provide some basic info, which is better than what the Samsung support agent gave me in his chat response, so thanks again.

BTW, I had already downloaded the firmware and viewed the files it contained but the bug list/update history was not included.
