QLED and The Frame TVsThis does depend on the specific model but based on the generic Q80R manual, it only supports 4k at 60hz: User Manual

Can you help please?

QLED and The Frame TVsThat is wrong.
The manual was updated on Nov 16 and now clearly state that tv models with one connect box support 4k@120: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202011/20201116134027110/MUSATSCR-5.1.1_EM_MUSE_USA_EN...
Page 144
The Q80R supports 4k@120 on Xbox, for some reason it's not working with the PS5.

Did you try to force the PS5 4K output settings to -2 = YUV420? (see the link) Make sure you are using the HDMI cable that came with it and that the game output is 4k@120. And use HDMI input 4 on the Q.

QLED and The Frame TVsI did everything mentioned and it's not working. Informed both Samsung and PS and both said they are working on a solution. Nothing more from there 🙂
