I may be moving all my products to a different email becbecause of issues beyond my control. Is there a way that Samsung can add that discount to my other email address, or move it so I can still get shopping discount?

Do you have a durable power of attorney? If it's an issue beyond your control, who will control it? Does the military even know how to email all they do is fight.
