Always/ just once preference reset for opening with apps?

Hey is there any way to reset the always/just once setting on apps. I accidentally pressed always and now it has set a certain app as my default and I can't open the other option available

Depending on the device. Go to settings then apps and tap on choose default apps. Look at which app you want to change settings for.
