I bought the Z Flip 6 with VIP. For some reason Care+ wasn't added and they told me I would have to return that phone and order a new one. So I did that and the other phone was returned on Jan 17. It still just says return requested on the app. I've talked to their "customer support" around 10 times about this issue and get told they will escalate it and to wait 2-3 business days. I wait but nothing happens. I call and get told the same thing over and over again. Is this normal?
