Hello everyone I have a problem and I would appreciate your guidance I purchased a Samsung cloud subscription and now I want to cancel this subscription. What should I do and which section should I go to?
I have been hacked by my ex and my phone has been cloned. When I log out of Google it says that I will remain logged into my S24 and my old one. I don't have any other s24. How do I fix this?
Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button, choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster.
I would imagine if you go to your Samsung cloud, there would be someplace to cancel your subscription. Make sure that you download any important files before you do, or you will no longer have access to them.
