Care plus not listed

I'm trying to cancel care plus but it doesn't show in subscription under my account I k ow I have it I used it 2x already and was just billed 2 weeks ago.

The faq site leads to a missing website.

So how do I cancel?

When I had that same problem 2 yrs ago I had to log in to my Samsung account and I used the chat feature and had it removed
