Hello userkDgYAfce96, thank you for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand you would like to change and old email on Samsung pass. 
To change the email used to sign up for Samsung Pass using your Samsung account you need to change the email address on your Samsung Account. 
There are multiple ways to change this email. You can do that through your phone or through the website. Please view this link for details on how to change your Samsung Account email : https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/change-email-samsung-account/

If you want to change a saved email in the Samsung Pass saved history you may also do so by following the following steps: You can delete a saved website and its ID/password. Search for and select Samsung Pass in Settings, then tap Sign-in info. Select the website among the list, tap Delete, and then tap Delete again. If you delete it, you can not use the Sign in with Samsung Pass feature in the website.
