Why do I no longer have the option to submit an error report?  I cannot do it through device care, nor can I do it through the members app support tab.  When I go to the support tab and select "send feedback" there is no longer an option to put in a report.  I only get the text of the last feedback I submitted (which was never addressed), and a notice that submitted feedback will be deleted after one year.  Nothing else. Is Samsung giving up on even pretending to offer support, or is there another error reporting avenue I am missing?

Hi realaud, Thanks for all you do in the Community. It looks like the app has had some changes.

In your second screenshot, click the arrow in the bottom right corner. It will bring up a list of topics to select for the feedback. If your topic is not listed, select the "other" option.

Hey, thanks.  Never noticed the arrow.  I just checked and, yes, the list comes up. Of course it's still useless for sending something like the system log from the watch.

It will send the system log from your watch.

I have done it for my watch, about Samsung Find eating my watch battery.

I was never sure if they get the system log from the watch if your issue is with the watch.

The system log is buried in the Wear app. When you send an error report for accessories, it will go into your wear app and pull them.

I really wish there were separate categories for wearable, Watch, Buds and ring etc.
