Samsung Apps and ServicesWhy do I no longer have the option to submit an error report? I cannot do it through device care, nor can I do it through the members app support tab. When I go to the support tab and select "send feedback" there is no longer an option to put in a report. I only get the text of the last feedback I submitted (which was never addressed), and a notice that submitted feedback will be deleted after one year. Nothing else. Is Samsung giving up on even pretending to offer support, or is there another error reporting avenue I am missing?

In your second screenshot, click the arrow in the bottom right corner. It will bring up a list of topics to select for the feedback. If your topic is not listed, select the "other" option.
