Feature Request: Add Russian language to Bixby

Hello, I am the owner of Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. I am from Kazakhstan, and I mostly speak Russian in my daily life. I would like to specifically interact with the voice assistant "Bixby", and get the relevant experience, but I have a poor command of English.

I wanted to point out one thing about this situation. Bixby does not understand or recognize my English speech well. I have even tried to imitate my accent and speak more correctl

It's good that you recently added Russian language support to Galaxy AI, but please, Samsung, make Bixby Russian-speakin.
