Dynamic Weather Wallpapers is a concept where the homescreen wallpapers, animated or not, show the current weather for your location in the design of the wallpaper by using photos from around your state, location, or gallery, and Galaxy AI can determine which wallpaper to show with the current present weather.
To explain this I'll paint a picture. Let's say the current weather at your location is overcast and then the day turns sunny, Galaxy AI would apply a homescreen with a photo of a landmark from your location or nearby with that weather in photo and then when it is sunny, change the wallpaper to a similar photo where it is sunny, or use AI to generate a sunny transition.
Snowing in London? Wallpaper shows landmarks with snow.
