Galaxy Enhance-X not working

Galaxy Enhance-X stopped working with the beta One UI 13. Now I received the stable One UI 13 and Galaxy Enhance-X is still not working.

Yes has been broken since the Beta 1 also isn't available in the Galaxy Store anymore neither most of the options are available in Photo Editor

Do you both have developer options enabled to receive the One UI 13? Is that only for the S series phones?

Only for certain phones in the android 13 beta. Mostly s series and some z series. If you are looking for a series phones chances are they won't get the beta.

There's no support for One UI 5.0 official yet. It only supports 4.0. I can't even download it from the Galaxy Store.
