Gallery App Default Appearance

My gallery default view changed to a tiles instead of a Details view, how to change it back?

Check along the bottom of the screen. Click on "Pictures". Does that bring back the view that you were looking for?

No, it's the "Albums" view which is all I use and, it switched to "Tiled" view. Normally it was Vertical Albums view for Many, Many years. I believe it was updated when this occurred.

use the myfiles app and images view

Have used this for almost 10 years, I have it... when I was able to unlock my phone and use custom ROMs....
