How do you delete a friend off the friends list in the Samsung Health app?

Does anyone know how to delete a friend off the friends list in Samsung Health? I don't understand why there isn't an easy way to remove someone off that list. Thank you in advance.

The only way to remove someone is to block them or unblock them. For this you need to go to the "together" section and tap on the friends list section after this tap on the person and it should appear two buttons under their profile "challenges" and "block", click block to block that person from your friends list.

Thank you. I wish there was a way to remove them not just block them. I also wish we didn't have to sync our contacts in order to use the "together" section.

I'm also trying to remove friends from the Together section.

There needs to be a way to delete unwanted "friends" from the Together section that got added as a result of the contacts sync.

I agree...blocking them shouldn't be the only option. We should be able to delete them off permanently.
