How do you delete digital well being?

I very much dislike this stupid app can figure out how to delete it can anyone help? Or how to reset it?

I think it is part of the system so you can't uninstall it, but you can deny aceess to usage data (Settings >> Digital wellbeing >> tap 3 dots and settings >> Deny access to usage data). Also you can clear cache and data in Settings >> Apps >> Digital wellbeing >>Storage
