I lost access to my secure folder after installing the most recent updates. When I click on secure folder, a pop up message asks me if I want to decrypt the secure folder. I hit 'cancel' but nothing happens. The same message pops up again. It also pops up when I try to go to secure folder setting. Spoke with the support team but they are unable to help other than uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which would delete all my data, which I have not backed up or synced on the cloud on purpose.
Is this a known issue? Any idea why this is happening?

Samsung Apps and ServicesWhat was the latest update? Is there actually an option to decrypt? I'm not saying "do it", as to be honest, I believe it shouldn't cause any data loss, but idk for sure, so that would be your call to make. If it was me, I'd try it, but I also don't keep anything too important in my secure folder, so I'm not too worried about losing it.
