Thank you!!! I believe mine has not updated in about a year. I was wondering because someone I know has a more updated version

It depends on the operating system you have. For example, a Samsung device that's running Android 7 will have an older app version compared to a device running Android 10. Your operating system is probably one of the older ones — you can find out by going to Settings > About phone > Software information.

And no, the Samsung Health app's updates don't vary by carrier.
