How to get my phone to show correct network?

I need  help this is really really so hard to understand I don't understand im over it how or why this device say my service is from Verizon  can't believe my service is metro by t-mobile, how Chang that how my network no is Verizon

Have you reset the Network settings?

Your area probably doesn't have metro or tmobile towers and is roaming off verizon towers... check with your phone company
