I can't use Samsung Find

I'm not sure how the app works but I can't use it. says my phone hasn't synced with Samsung.

Hello @wanderingforest, Welcome to the Community. The Samsung Find app will help you locate your missing devices, like your phone, tablet, earbuds, and watch.

Open the Settings on your phone, then go to Security and Privacy. Do you have Lost device protection listed there? If you tap the setting, there is a toggle to Allow the phone to be found
