Is there a way to recover deleted videos?

A month ago, I pressed the "free space" pop out in my Galaxy 20. I had two extremely important videos that I didn't want to have them delete. I have searched all in my phone & can't find them. 

Is there a way to get them back? The videos are my proof of a important event. 

Can anyone help me?

No but Recuva is good. Connect the phone to a computer and turn on Media File transfer on your phone when prompted. If it's there it'll find it.

I went to onedrive, I guess I am out of luck.

If you have ever downloaded anything like Adobe or Microsoft'One Drive. It could possibly be there.
