A month ago, I pressed the "free space" pop out in my Galaxy 20. I had two extremely important videos that I didn't want to have them delete. I have searched all in my phone & can't find them.

Is there a way to get them back? The videos are my proof of a important event.
Can anyone help me?

Sounds like your only option is getting an Android file recovery app or APK. I've never done it but I know it exists. Just like Windows the files likely aren't gone they're just marked as unused space ready to overwritten. It's worth a shot but they could be gone already.

Unfortunately, my pictures are not saved in Google drive. I thought the same that "free space meant we have a copy" but it seems not to be the case.

You have to get a recovery tool for Android. You connect your phone to a PC and you can recover just about anything you have deleted

Some tools you have to buy but there are some free downloads on Google store. Such as
(easeus mobisaver) another one is (dumpster)
If you want to buy there run about $40

Go to the My Files app, then click Settings in the upper right hand corner, then click on Trash.

If you deleted your items in the last 30 days they should still be in your trash bin. You must have the trash bin enabled in settings for this to work.

I would recommend doing so if you don't so this doesn't happen again.

It saved me a few times 😑

I didn't delete them, I pushed the "free space" option.
I did review the trash and nothing is there 😞
