They contract with a company called HylaMobile a subsidiary of Assurant a reseller of tech devices.
They have the contract with Samsung and most mobile carriers.
The theft is happening at the HylaMobile warehouse in Texas.
I justvgot a DM from a member who actually was able to get the video of her box being opened and she got the empty box email. It took her 11 reps to finally get the video. They obviously didn't do the charge back.
Samsung needs to do something about this. It has gotten so much worse when Assurant bought HylaMobile in 2020.
