Mirroring or pairing

I used to be able to send my phone screen to my TV screen, but no longer. Is this now a program that I must lease? Please advise. Is mirroring or pairing no longer available without a fee? Thank you.

You should be able to mirror your phones screen on your TV, First open the settings for your connections and then more connection settings and make sure nearby scanning is turned on, then you should see the smart view settings from your pull down menu, this will bring up your tv and you should be able to mirror your phone
