Why was the My Files app removed from the cluster of pre-installed Samsung apps with the recent update? Now you have to search in settings to locate and open it. Yet another useful feature taken away.

@Belaythatorder it sounds like it may have gotten hidden somehow. Try this:

  1. Open settings
  2. Click on Home screen
  3. Click on Hide apps
  4. The hidden files are listed near the top of the page. Click the minus (-) sign near the icon to unhide it.

OP isn't in the beta. They've got a note.

Off topic, but is that phone worth it? I've always wanted a note I just never really found time to research or test it out. I feel like with my ADHD I would lose the pen a lot, as I do the same with my Tab S7's S-Pen.

I've had my Snapdragon, unlocked Note 20 Ultra for 2 yrs now and it has proven to be one of the best devices I've owned to date. It does so many things, and does them well. I think even after 2 yrs since it launched it gives newer devices a run for their money.

Still have the my files app on my s21 Ultra on the latest update. Not sure why they've made it an inconvenience for the note.
