My phone didn't come with a samsung tips app. Is there a way I can get it manually?

Maybe check Settings and scroll down and find Tips and user manual.

Also, check Settings >> Apps >> search for Tips. You might need to enable it.

If could not find it, try download it from Galaxy Store

If you don't see the link in the comment, then search "Tips" in Galaxy Store. If it does not show up, then it could mean your phone is not compatible.
