I've chatted with Samsung and talked with T.D. Bank and neither of them have been able to update my Virtual Account Number on the Shop Samsung side. Was trying to order a Galaxy Ring and a soundbar the other day when I got an error, and realized on Shop Samsung, Samsung is trying to charge the previous virtual account number, which no longer exists with my current info. I'm going to try calling Samsung soon, but was wondering if anyone had a direct answer on this.
