Hello, Two years ago, I applied for SAMSUNG Financing but received a letter saying I did not qualify. Back then, I had never built credit, and I assume that was the reason I did not get approved. I want to reapply now, but that option is locked in my account. I remember the letter saying there was no need to resubmit an application but to call instead if I wanted to reapply.
