Welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your frustration with your phone not ringing, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. Silenced calls don't necessarily mean you have a major problem with your phone. There are various reasons why your Android phone won't ring when someone calls. Give this link a try for some troubleshooting steps to possibly resolve your symptoms: https://www.asurion.com/connect/tech-tips/fix-android-phone-that-wont-ring/
If you have tried all the troubleshooting step and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be to verify the speaker on your device is working. There are a few things that can cause issues with the speaker while you are on call or listening to audio playback through your Galaxy phone. For example, there could be an external device where the audio is being redirected. It's also possible that a software problem or physical damage is causing the issue. Give this link a try for steps to verify the speaker is working: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001255/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair. For in warranty service repair: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
